Since 1988, Penn Hudson has maintained its roots in credit policy and risk exemplified by its founders. Today, Penn Hudson is led by David Weinberg who oversees all projects. A graduate of Kenyon College, David received an MBA in Finance from Cornell University and an MS in Taxation from Temple University, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), and Certified Intelligence Professional (CIP), and was awarded certification in distressed business valuation (CDBV). In addition, he is recognized as an expert in valuation by the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court and the New York State Supreme Court, has published articles on corporate finance, spoken as a guest speaker at the ABA, and guest lectured at the Temple University Law School in both Philadelphia and Tokyo.
